Sessions Offered

Initial Consultation

An introductory, one-time 15-minute phone consultation where you are able to ask any questions before beginning a counseling relationship with me. It’s important that I also understand what you are most looking for so I am able to direct you to a different clinician if I am not a good fit.

Fee: Free 15-minute consultation

Individual Counseling

Individual counseling is just how it sounds - time for us to sit and explore whatever is on your mind. The focus will always be on you as the client. With adolescent clients, some sessions may incorporate the family together, just the guardians, or just the teen. More information about counseling sessions in general.

Fee: $100 for a 50-minute session

Telehealth

Telehealth sessions are conducted the exact same as in-person individual sessions, and allow for more flexibility if driving to the session space is not feasible. I am also able to offer telehealth sessions on more days.

Session Questions

  • In-office days are every Thursday.

  • Telehealth sessions are available Wednesday-Friday.

  • The earliest session time I offer is 8 AM. As I know some clients are navigating school and work schedules, the latest session I am usually able to offer is 7 PM.

  • Unfortunately, I am unable to accept insurance at this time, but I am happy to provide a superbill for you to submit for potential reimbursement.

  • If you are unable to make your scheduled session time, please notify me 24 hours prior to your session start time so others may take the time slot if needed. Failure to notify me 24 hours before may result in being charged a $50 cancellation fee. Three consecutive no-shows to session will result in termination.

  • Anyone 13 years old or older can see me as long as they reside in the state of Texas.
